ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) -- At 92 years old, Hank Ameen is Disney's longest serving employee with more than 62 years of service - and he isn't stopping.
This week, Ameen added another milestone to his extraordinary career. He received the Walt Disney Legacy Award, for people who embody Walt Disney's values of dreaming, creating and inspiring.
Ameen began working at Disneyland in 1958 as a Jungle Cruise skipper. He's since served as a Disneyland Resort firefighter.
At this week's ceremony, Ameen was asked about retiring.
He responded: "As long as I can smile and laugh, I'm going to be here."
